Students have the opportunity to sign up for one of the seven teams they are passionate about, including Production, Content, Talent, Marketing, Social Media Strategy, Operations, and more. This hands-on involvement allows them to gain practical experience, develop leadership skills, and make a real impact while learning from experts in the field.

Our Professional Mentors Team comprises seasoned industry experts who guide and support our student-driven operations at Nishkam TV. These professionals bring a wealth of experience in filmmaking, production, marketing, and media strategy and provide on-the-job training and mentorship to our students. Their role is to ensure that while students lead the way, they receive the guidance and expertise needed to achieve professional standards in every project, fostering an environment of growth, learning, and real-world experience.
